Internet Explorer can kiss my css T-shirt

I made this shirt on Zazzle out of my frustration with Internet Explorer and it’s poor lack of CSS standards support. I mean, seriously, what is so hard about complying with standards? I personally think we should start designing sites with a warning that says, “This site is best viewed in ANYTHING other then Internet Explorer.”

I think Tyler Thompson says it best at the bottom of his site:

Hi, if you are coming to this site via Internet Explorer 6, you might not be getting the best experience possible. Honestly, I can’t even begin to think about what your entire experience on the internet must be like? (…probably like riding a bike on the highway while cars blow by you on their way to Costco to get gallons of mayonnaise and 60-inch plasma TV’s). How will you ever be able to use this website?????? You wont. You’re an asshole and your browser is an asshole. So look, I’m going to be honest: I kind of hate you. BUT we c-a-n make this work. Here is what I am going to need you to do: fire up your Toshiba ShitBook© that weighs about 45 pounds, wipe the Cheeto dust off the screen, download Safari, delete Internet Explorer from your computer, punch yourself in the face, and get me a pulled pork sandwich.

That’s right, you can wear this sensational design to increase your inner geek. You know you want it, everybody’s on Twitter so why not let everyone know just how serious a Twitter user you really are.

Dollar Bin World Tour T-shirt

22720-1659082-thumbnail.jpgThe Dollar Bin wanted a special shirt to wear at Heroes Con 2008. After throwing around several ideas the one that stuck was to create a shirt that was reminiscent of 80’s metal/rock. We wanted the shirt to tie in to all the popular crossover, epci stories that were happening in the Marvel and DC universes. Thus the Countdown to the Secret Corps Final Invasion World Tour 2008 T-shirt was born.

The design called for a skull on the front that looked like a Skrull skull linking the shirt directly to the Secret Invasion happening in the Marvel Universe. The back of the shirt has tour dates and locations – some cities are real, some are not. I’ll leave it to you to figure it out.
