« My 2 Year Goals »

My primary goal with this site is to help promote myself as a designer and letterer in the comic industry. My secondary goal is to grow as an artist. My favorite area in art is conceptual work done by artist that work for animation studios, particularly Pixar.

I’ll be posting my sketches and drawings I do on a daily basis. Hopefully, I’ll improve over the months to come. In two years (October 2008) I want to submit a portfolio to Pixar. No pressure on myself to actually get a job, but I want to feel confident enough with my work that I think I’m good enough to send it in.

I welcome all comments and critiques on my work. I’ll be studying current and past artists in the business to learn all the styles and techniques I can expose myself too.
