A few weeks ago my friend and colleague, Else, encouraged me to sign up for my own LinkedIn account. I signed up that day but never really finished setting up my profile. I decided to do that this week and I’ve got to say that I’m impressed and excited about the possibilities of using LinkedIn to meet and connect with professionals in the comic book industry.

Over the next couple of days I’m going to evaluate how I’m going to network and connect with comic book industry professionals. The last thing I want to do is to come across as a spammer. That’s what MySpace is for right? While MySpace has it’s purposes and usefulness, I want to make sure that I use LinkedIn professionally and respectfully.
