It this edition, the Dollar Bin asked comic artists to submit their pages centered around the theme &amp;mdash; public service announcement (PSA).&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;I designed and illustrated the cover to reflect the theme of PSAs. Adam Daughhetee from the Dollar Bin and I came up with a series of title ideas for this edition.
