It this edition, the Dollar Bin asked comic artists to submit their pages centered around the theme &mdash; public service announcement (PSA).</p> <p>I designed and illustrated the cover to reflect the theme of PSAs. Adam Daughhetee from the Dollar Bin and I came up with a series of title ideas for this edition. We researched old PSAs from our youth and settled on a parody of a classic PSA.</p>
